1. Custom-Printed Products
Most of our products are custom printed to your specifications and artwork. Because these items are made specially for you, they cannot be resold and are generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is a genuine fault on our part.
2. When We Will Reprint or Refund
We will reprint, correct or refund an order where:
- The product has a clear printing or material defect caused by us.
- The item printed does not match the proof you approved.
- The wrong quantity or wrong product was delivered.
3. When We Cannot Offer a Refund
- Errors that were present in the artwork or proof you approved (spelling, numbers, layout, contact details, etc.).
- Minor variations in colour, paper, finish or size that are normal in printing.
- Delays or issues caused by incorrect details or files supplied by the customer.
- Change of mind after the order has been printed.
4. Reporting an Issue
- Please check your order at the time of delivery or collection.
- Report any problem within 2 days of receiving the order by phone, WhatsApp or email, with photos of the issue where possible.
- Faulty items may need to be returned to us for inspection before a reprint or refund is approved.
5. How Refunds Are Made
Where a refund is approved, it will be made using the original payment method (cash, UPI or bank transfer) within 7 days of the issue being confirmed. Any advance for work already completed may be adjusted.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before printing begins. Once printing has started or materials have been purchased, cancellation may not be possible and advance amounts may be non-refundable.
