1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with GC Printshop ("we", "us", "our") — whether in person, by phone, WhatsApp, email or through this website — you ("the customer") agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
2. Orders & Quotations
- All quotations are based on the specifications (product, size, quantity, material and finish) provided by the customer.
- Prices may change if the specifications, quantity or artwork are revised after the quote is given.
- An order is confirmed only after the customer approves the final price and, where applicable, pays the agreed advance.
3. Artwork & Design Approval
- The customer is responsible for checking the final proof for spelling, numbers, contact details, layout and colour before approving it for print.
- Once a proof is approved, printing proceeds as approved. We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved file or proof.
- Files should be supplied print-ready where possible. Design or correction work may be charged separately.
4. Payment
- An advance payment may be required to begin work, with the balance due before or at the time of delivery.
- Bulk and custom orders may require full advance payment.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, UPI and bank transfer as agreed at the time of order.
5. Turnaround & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and begin only after the artwork is approved and any advance is paid.
- Timelines may be affected by order volume, material availability or factors beyond our control.
- Delivery and courier charges, if any, are payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellations & Changes
- Changes or cancellations must be requested before printing begins.
- Once printing has started or materials have been purchased for the order, cancellation may not be possible and advance amounts may be non-refundable.
7. Refunds & Reprints
- If a job has a genuine fault caused by us (such as a printing or material defect), we will reprint or correct the affected items.
- Reprints or refunds are not provided for errors in customer-approved artwork, or for minor variations described in Section 8.
8. Colour & Material Variations
Printed colours may differ slightly from what you see on a screen, and there may be small variations between print runs, materials and finishes. These minor differences are normal in printing and are not considered defects.
9. Customer Content & Copyright
- The customer confirms they have the right to use any logos, images, text or other content supplied for printing.
- The customer is responsible for any copyright, trademark or legal claims arising from the content they provide.
10. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or profits.
11. Privacy
Details you share with us (such as name, phone number and order requirements) are used only to process your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your personal information.
