1. Order Processing & Turnaround
- Work begins only after your artwork is approved and any required advance is paid.
- Turnaround time depends on the product, quantity and finishing. We will give you an estimated ready date when you place your order.
- Large or custom orders may take longer; we will inform you in advance.
2. Collection from Our Shop
You are welcome to collect your order directly from our shop in Ballari once it is ready. We will notify you by phone or WhatsApp when your order is ready for pickup.
3. Local Delivery
- Local delivery within Ballari may be available depending on the order and location.
- Delivery charges, if any, will be informed at the time of order.
4. Courier / Outstation Shipping
- For customers outside Ballari, orders can be sent through a courier or transport service where possible.
- Courier and packing charges are payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
- Once an order is handed over to a courier, delivery timelines depend on the courier service.
5. Delivery Timelines
Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 5 days after they are ready, depending on your location and the delivery method. All delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, transport services, weather or other factors beyond our control.

Please make sure the delivery address and contact number you provide are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged through courier or transport, please contact us immediately on receiving it, with photos, so we can help resolve the issue.
